To measure a 5-lug trailer tire, first measure the diameter of the bolt circle, which is the distance from the center of one lug hole to the center of the lug hole directly across from it. Alternatively, measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the lug hole farthest from it, then multiply that measurement by 1.05 to get the bolt circle diameter.
