To measure a 4 lug trailer wheel, you need to determine the bolt pattern and the diameter. Measure the distance from the center of one lug hole to the center of the hole directly opposite it to find the bolt pattern, and then measure the diameter of the wheel from one edge to the other across the center to get the wheel size.
